Our Products and Services
To achieve a consistently high quality level, the majority of our products are made on CNC 3D forming machines. We manufacture from a single piece, prototypes and series alike.
Spring Wire Products
The core of our portfolio is spring production: compression, extension and torsion springs, plus shaped wire forms in a wide range of shapes and sizes, made from wire with a diameter of 0.2 mm to 8.0 mm.
Spring Strip Products
We also manufacture parts from spring strip in sizes from 0.20 mm to 3.00 mm, followed by hardening and tempering.
Surface Finishing and Heat Treatment
We offer complete solutions for surface finishing and heat treatment of springs: heat tempering, galvanizing, chrome plating, varnishing and phosphate conversion coating.

We manufacture springs to your own drawing and also advise on the optimal shape and properties of the future part. Send us your drawing as a PDF – we produce from a single piece, including prototypes. Standard lead time is 4 weeks; other terms by agreement.
Our customers are globally operating companies, mainly in the automotive, aerospace and electrical industries, and we deliver worldwide, including regular deliveries to Germany, Romania and India. Long-term customers include Siemens AG and Bosch GmbH. We work under ISO 9001:2015, use materials to EN 10270-1, EN 10270-3, DIN 17223 (classes A–D) and DIN 17224, and issue a quality certificate with every delivery.
