Compression springs
Cold-coiled compression springs are made with a diameter from 0,20 mm up to 8,00 mm. The materials used for production are mainly drawn steel wire according to the norms EN10270-1 and EN10270-2, stainless wire according to EN10270-3 and also other types of wire according to drawing documentation if requested by a customer. We make compression springs in diverse shape variations with different thread pitches, all types of shapes, surface finishings, ground or unground spring ends.
Tension springs
We produce cold-coiled extension springs with all types of eyelets, German, English, elongated or non-standard, with a diameter from 0.20 mm up to 8.00 mm. The materials used for production are mainly drawn steel wire according to EN10270-1 and EN10270-2, stainless steel wire according to EN10270-3, and also other types of wire according to drawing documentation if requested by a customer. Tension wires are normally delivered after the heat treatment and the verification of the prescribe tension. Upon request, we offer surface finishings precisely according to the customer's requirements.
Torsion springs
The torsion springs are produced using CNC 3D forming machines, thanks to which we are able to meet even the most demanding requirements of our customers. We make the springs with a diameter from 0.20 mm up to 8.00 mm. The materials used for production are mainly drawn steel wire according to the norms EN10270-1 and EN10270-2, stainless wire according to EN10270-3 and also other types of wire according to drawing documentation if requested by a customer.
Shape springs
We make springs with a diameter from 0.20 mm up to 8.00 mm. The materials used for production are mainly drawn steel wire according to the norms EN10270-1 and EN10270-2, stainless wire according to EN10270-3 and also other types of wire according to drawing documentation. Upon a customer's request, we provide a design and production of design tools for forming. They are made by 3D aic forming machines. For instance clips, hooks, rings, and cotter pins fall into this category.
Tape products
We provide products made of steel tape with a diameter from 0.20 mm up to 8.00 mm with subsequent hardening and tempering. We also offer surface finishings according to customer's requirements and we can provide serial as well as one-off production.
Surface finishing and heat treatment
Our company offers high quality at every stage of the production process to our customers, which applies to surface finishings as well as heat treatments. Our equipment allows for precise regulation of all the process parameters to meet the requirements of even the most demanding applications. In cooperation with other local companies we provide galvanizing, blackening, beat blasting, chrome plating, nickel plating, phosphate conversion plating.
